Can I return my order or get a refund?

 

Caraz Mat/ Toys

We want to provide our busy parents with a hassle-free returns policy if they are unhappy, dissatisfied, or have received defective/damaged product.
Any Caraz and toy products purchased from govie.shop can be returned for a full refund (minus a $50 return fee) within 30 days of delivery. 
Please contact info@govie.shop with the order number, item number, and qty of the item(s) to be returned.

The original item MUST be in new condition in its original packaging and box and returned without:

• Signs of wear and tear, cleaning, or misuse
• Damage or stains
• Pet dander or fur
• Pen marks

All returned items will be inspected and any item returned in a condition determined as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout. We inspect and process the return within 3 days of receiving the item(s). After that, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Food

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
We are here to help if you are not satisfied with your experience. If you would like to submit a claim about your order, please contact us at info@govie.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching a clear image of the item, as well as the barcode.
